Aspark
Aspark is a Japanese engineering services company founded in Osaka in 2005 by Masanori Yoshida. Originally focused on technical staffing and industrial engineering, the firm entered automotive manufacturing with a targeted ambition: building the fastest-accelerating electric hypercar in the world.
That project resulted in the Aspark Owl, an ultra-low-profile electric hypercar first shown as a concept at the 2017 Frankfurt Motor Show. Engineered with a carbon-fiber monocoque and four electric motors delivering over 1,900 horsepower, the Owl achieves 0 to 60 mph in under 1.7 seconds. To execute low-volume production, Aspark partnered with Manifattura Automobili Torino (MAT) in Italy to assemble a limited production run of 50 units.

Aspark Owl
Facts
The Owl uses carbon-ceramic brakes with 10-piston front calipers and 4-piston rear calipers.
The Owl is built around a one-piece carbon-fibre monocoque with the battery positioned centrally.
Aspark states a 413 km/h maximum speed, while road cars are limited to 350 km/h for safety and tyre-related reasons.
The Owl uses a 69 kWh NMC battery with a nominal voltage of 801 V.
The Aspark Owl’s four motors produce a combined maximum torque of 1,920 Nm.
The Aspark Owl powertrain has a combined output of 1,953 hp (1,456 kW).
The Aspark Owl uses four permanent-magnet synchronous motors, one for each wheel, creating an electric all-wheel-drive system.
According to the manufacturer, the Aspark Owl accelerates from 0 to 300 km/h in 9.74 seconds.
Aspark quotes a 0–100 km/h time of 1.78 seconds for the Owl using a one-foot rollout measurement.
With DC charging at up to 100 kW, the manufacturer quotes about 45 minutes to charge the battery from 20% to 80%.
